Hypnobirthingmind is based in Gravesend and runs relaxed and informal classes in your own home right across North Kent and beyond to women that can help manage any pain and anxiety during childbirth.

The course costs £200. That's for 4 x 2 ½ hour sessions. It also includes the parents work book needed for the classes. Refresher courses are also available. Email for futher infomation and prices.
